I love stories. More, the effect of stories.

 

They evoke powerful emotions, entertain, question and teach. They illuminate the world, those we share it with and our deeper selves. If told well, they stay with us forever.

Most of all, they allow us to communicate, to engage; circumventing diifference and transmitting more than words or images can alone. 

​

As a form, I love cinema.

 

The entrancing fusion of sounds and images creates, if done with care, a more vivid and exciting experience than reality.

As a language its makes sense to me and is filled with fascinating possibilities.
